Sometimes Mike and me rush home and realize that we did not plan anything for dinner. This is our quick bi bim bap dinner. I shredded the vegetables (zucchini, carrots) and blanched some bean sprouts. Mike cooked the egg and left-over marinated BBQ meat.
Mike placed some crisped some rice in the pan, placed all the ingredients on top of the rice and there was our dinner. We scooped out our potions into bowls and added kochujong sauce and sesame oil on it and ate a balanced meal!
Yes, we served the bi bim bap straight from the frying pan.
