Avocado Cookies


I've been hearing the buzz about replacing some of the fat in baked goods with avocado. It reduces the fat of the recipe by 35% but also provides healthier fats in your product (not to mention a slight green tinge).

I am a fan of crispy things. Tacos win over burritos; Crunchy Cheetos win over puffs; crunchy cookies win over soft cookies.
This cookie ended up a soft cookie. It wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about.
