tequila shrimp

Mike and I were planning to make Chipotle Shrimp, but we didn't check the recipe and both did not have a dry red wine. So we improvised and used tequila instead of red wine. I also cut down the butter, used some olive oil, added some chicken stokc, and the juice of half a lemon.
