My sister asked me how I usually cook my enoki mushrooms and I cook it in an Izakaya style with butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
Here are my other enoki mushroom creations.
hon-dashi -fish stock (same thing we use to make saimin broth)
Salt, pepper, soy sauce to taste.
Goat cheese or any kind of cheese you want
Bought the flatbread for ~$5 at Sam's Club
