dorayaki

Dorayaki is a japanese pancake. It is commonly found sandwiching a little bit of azuki bean paste. It's one of my favorite desserts! I was lazy so I just made the outer cakes and ate them.
Recipe:
1 c. flour
1/c sugar
1 T honey
1/2 t. baking powder
2 eggs
oil for frying
