Like most people I have only had them in Fig Newtons and really couldn't describe their flavor if I had to. Since I/we don't cook much I'll have to keep an eye out for them on a menu and try them that way.<BR/><BR/>As far as your previous question, I moved to IL with my parents when I was little (a loooong time ago). We now have a place in Makiki/Punchbowl that I try to spend as much time as possible at. <BR/><BR/>As you well know it is tough in HI so fortunately I can work remotely. I have always found it easy to make a living in the midwest but life in the midwest is somewhat unfulfilling. There is just something about the Aloha, Ohana, Aina and Da Grinds that just makes the rough things in HI bearable.
